We aim to deliver your custom chatbot within 24 hours of receiving your request and payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on complexity and customization requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required after you are satisfied with your chatbot (Pay After Trial model). All fees are non-refundable once the chatbot has been delivered and you have confirmed satisfaction.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the chatbot code and the right to use it on your website. However, the underlying AI technology and platform remain the property of AI Orchestrator Agency.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information in your chatbot request
• Properly implementing the chatbot code on your website
• Ensuring your website complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Using the chatbot in a lawful and ethical manner

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Orchestrator Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the chatbot will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
