Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately after checkout. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I hit Starter limits?
New conversations pause until the monthly reset or until you upgrade to Pro for 10,000 monthly conversations.
Do I get a refund if I downgrade?
Downgrades apply at period end. Recurring charges stop on the next cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Are bookings limited on Starter?
No. Booking flows stay unlimited on both Starter and Pro. Only monthly conversations are capped by plan.
